About the event

The RCN recognises the enormous contribution you make to health and social care as an internationally educated nursing staff (IENs). We also understand the specific challenges you face when you first arrive and start working in the UK. This series of free live events will assist IENs with these challenges and provide the opportunity to ask questions.

Register for the next free live event and be part of the RCN’s community of IENs. The next

free event will focus on:

‘Terms and Conditions of Employment in Independent health and social care settings’.

Presenters will discuss independent health and social care:

- Contracts (key terms and conditions (T&Cs), unwritten terms, changes to T&Cs,

resigning)

- Legal issues (repayment clauses, being dismissed, disputes with employer or

recruitment agency, immigration skills charge)

Date: 28 February

Time: 6-7pm UK time
