Carysforth Healthcare, the distributor of Thermacare in the UK and Ireland is currently looking for a FBA (fulfilment by Amazon) Assistant.
Role includes:
- Product Optimization: Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve search rankings and customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, implement inventory management.
- Order Processing and Customer Service: Order fulfillment, shipment tracking, excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Promotions: Run marketing strategies, enhance product visibility and drive traffic to our listings.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), Assist with administrative tasks, emails, appointment scheduling, and basic accounting.
What they require:
- Proven experience with Amazon FBA and Seller Central
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Amazon keyword and analytics tools is ideal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
